W2: Week 2: FSSAI, HACCP, GMP/GHP, Audits, Live Projects & Certification
FSSAI regulations and licensing, food safety standards, HACCP principles and implementation, GMP, GHP, sanitation and hygiene, CIP and COP, audit preparation, documentation and record keeping, traceability, recall management, live projects - quality testing report, HACCP plan preparation, audit checklist, complete documentation, viva-voce examination, certificate distribution.
